Thompsii, trading as Botrabou.com, based in Curaçao, operates Botrabou.com as a youth-development, recruitment and employment-intermediation platform. We help young people discover jobs, internships, workshops, training and related opportunities, and we connect with businesses, organizations, sponsors and facilitators.
Unless Botrabou.com expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written contract, Botrabou.com is not the employer of applicants, does not become a party to an employment agreement and does not employ and assign workers to third parties.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting a form or using a Botrabou.com service, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit information.
If you submit information for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. Accounts and eligibility

6. No guarantee of a placement or result
Creating an account, completing a form or being selected does not guarantee a job, internship, interview, workshop place, sponsorship, meeting, salary or any particular result. The business makes the final hiring decision unless another written arrangement says otherwise.
7. Applicant responsibilities
Provide truthful information, update changes, attend confirmed meetings or cancel in reasonable time, communicate respectfully, review job conditions before accepting an offer, never submit false certificates, and report suspicious, discriminatory, unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
8. Business and employer responsibilities
Provide accurate opportunity information, comply with employment, wage, safety, immigration, equality and youth-protection laws, offer only legitimate work or training, protect candidate data, not contact or meet an applicant under 18 contrary to the safeguarding process, and never request payment, bank credentials, passwords or verification codes from applicants.
9. Organizations, sponsors and workshop facilitators
Submitting an interest form does not create a partnership, booking, sponsorship or payment obligation. A collaboration becomes final only through written confirmation or a separate agreement.
10. Meetings and communications
By submitting a form, you authorize essential messages about verification, the request, applications, meetings, security and service changes by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Promotional messages require a separate optional choice. Keep your contact information current. Botrabou.com is not responsible for a missed opportunity caused by incorrect contact details or a third-party messaging failure, except where the law provides otherwise.
11. Fees and payments
Creating a basic applicant profile is free. Any paid service will display the price, currency, taxes, deliverables and cancellation or refund terms before payment.
Never make a payment based only on a message claiming to represent Botrabou.com. Verify payment instructions through the official contact information on the website.
12. User content
You keep ownership of original content you submit. You give Botrabou.com a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, format and share that content only as reasonably needed to provide the requested service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Botrabou.com content and intellectual property
The Botrabou.com name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Botrabou.com. You may not copy, sell, republish or exploit that content without written permission, except where the law allows it.

Botrabou.com may refuse, remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, create a safety concern, appear fraudulent or expose users to legal risk. Immediate restriction may occur when needed to protect a person, preserve evidence, secure the service or comply with law.

The website may use or link to hosting, email, WhatsApp, maps, advertising or other services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact Botrabou.com first. If the matter is not resolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Curaçao, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
