1. Agreement
By using BOTRABOU.COM you agree to these terms. The platform is provided for job search and hiring in Curaçao.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
Job seekers apply only after signing in with email and password.
Companies must complete their profile, upload a logo and at least one authorized company photograph, and be approved before a public profile or public vacancy is published.
Company team roles (owner, HR manager, recruiter, hiring manager) may access only that company’s data.
3. Content and conduct
Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harassing content. Do not misuse chat, upload malware, or attempt to access another company’s data.
We may moderate vacancies, companies, messages, and accounts, including removing content or suspending access.
4. Applications, chat, and interviews
Application statuses include Submitted, Viewed by Company, Under Review, Interview Requested, Hired, and Not Selected. “Viewed by Company” is recorded when an authorized company representative first opens the full application, not when it appears in a list.
Chat is private, tied to a specific application and vacancy, and may include interview invitations. Administrators access conversations only for safety or moderation, with an audit record.
5. Advertising
Public pages may include labeled advertisements. Ads are not placed in private areas of the product.
6. Liability
BOTRABOU.COM is a venue that connects seekers and employers. We do not guarantee that any vacancy or candidate is suitable. Users are responsible for their hiring and application decisions.
